This Information and Disclaimer Document along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy contained on my website at www.jessicawrench.com govern the psychic, medium and teaching/coaching services offered on or through www.jessicawrench.com.

Please read the Information and Disclaimer Document carefully before making your appointment. By making an appointment or by clicking to accept or agree to the provisions set forth below when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Disclaimer and Information Document. If you do not want to agree to the Information and Disclaimer Document, please feel free to contact me at jessica@jessicawrench.com to discuss your concerns prior to making an appointment.

Session Information

All sessions shall be held electronically.  You will receive instructions for calling in to your phone session or video conferencing session in advance of the session. Please be prepared to call in at the confirmed scheduled start time.  All times will be sent in PACIFIC TIME ZONE (PST) so please check your time zone.  The Company will not be able to conduct a session if you are in a moving vehicle, onboard an airplane, or in a noisy area.  The sessions are personal for you so no one else is allowed to watch or participate without advance consent from Jessica Wrench.  You agree not to be intoxicated immediately prior to, or during the course of, your appointment.

Delays or Cancellations

If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late for a session, please notify the Company via email, text or phone to hold the remaining time, otherwise the session will be released, and a new payment will be necessary to reschedule.

Rescheduling or canceling a session requires 48 hours advance notice made by email, text or phone. If notice is not received within that time frame, the prepayment will be lost, and a new payment will be necessary to reschedule.  If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may request a refund of the prepayment amount, minus a 5% processing fee. Refunds are not available if the cancellation is not made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Not Professional Advice

Any and all sessions or reading rendered may involve different areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation and readings are intended to offer guidance, insight, and tools to support well-being and are subject to your own personal interpretation and choices. The information provided to you during your reading is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional medical, legal or financial advice, and the reading is not a substitute for advice from a professional who is aware of the facts and circumstances of your individual situation.  Neither the Company nor any of its employees or owners shall be held liable or responsible for any damage you may suffer as a result of failing to seek competent advice from a professional who is familiar with your situation.

The psychic medium shall only ask to receive information that is for the highest good for all parties involved.  As such, the psychic medium shall not provide, and you should not ask for information about death.

​User’s Personal Responsibility 

You acknowledge that neither the Company nor any employee or owner of the Company can guarantee or promise any particular results or outcomes of the psychic medium services.   As such, you agree to take full responsibility for any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use or non-use of the information provided to you during your reading. You agree to use judgment and conduct due diligence before taking any action or implementing any plan or policy based on the information provided during your reading.  You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.  Thus, the results obtained by others – whether clients or customers of the Company or otherwise –are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.

Recording

Recording of your session is strongly encouraged for your own reflection at any time. It is your responsibility to record your session and understand how to do so prior to session initiation. If you are unable to record your own session, with your verbal consent at the time of the reading, a recording of your video conferencing session will be taken on your behalf and will be available to you for no additional charge via download; this only pertains to video conferencing sessions – no recording will be made on your behalf for phone sessions.  An access link will be sent to you by email within 48 hours of your session. The link to access the download will be deleted 2 weeks after your session. The Company does not keep copies of recordings. All recording equipment is checked and maintained regularly, however, like any technology, and in very rare instances, recordings can be impacted by device malfunction or other disturbances.  Although the Company will take reasonable security measures, there is also the possibility that the storage device can be hacked and your recording taken or leaked by an unauthorized person.  Neither the Company nor any of its employees or owners shall be held liable or responsible for any unauthorized disclosure of the recordings.

Release

You hereby expressly waive and release and hold harmless the Company and its owners and employees (the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, for liability and damages that may arise from the services or your attendance at any session provided by the Releasees. You covenant not to make or bring any claim against the Releasees and forever waive and discharge the Releasees from liability under such claims.

You agree that in no event will the Releasees be liable for any claim, loss, liability, correction, cost, damage, or expense caused by the psychic medium’s performance or failure to perform.  The Releasee’s liability in any and all categories and for any and all causes arising out of the services will, in the aggregate, not exceed the compensation paid for services performed.

Termination of Services

Either you or the Company may terminate or discontinue the services at any time.  If a session has been scheduled, you agree to follow the cancellation provisions set forth above.

 

Choice of Law, Venue, and Limitation of Legal Recourse

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to any conflict of law rules that would direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Canada and the United States, by engaging with these services, the client expressly and irrevocably waives any and all rights to initiate or participate in any legal action, equitable relief, lawsuit, claim, arbitration, or proceeding of any kind against the service provider in any jurisdiction including but not limited to Canada, the United States, or any international venue, regardless of the client’s or provider’s place of residence or location. This includes, but is not limited to, actions in tort, contract, negligence, or any other theory of liability. The client agrees that no claim or complaint shall be brought in any court or tribunal in any jurisdiction, and that by accepting these services, they forfeit any legal remedy or recourse.

If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any legal proceeding is initiated, the client agrees that it shall be deemed null and void and that the exclusive jurisdiction for addressing such matters shall reside in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, within the Capital Regional District of Vancouver Island, under British Columbia law, with no award or damages available. The client further agrees to be solely responsible for any legal costs or fees incurred by both parties involved as a result of breaching this agreement.

The client acknowledges that by engaging with these services, the client fully understands and agrees that all offerings are of a spiritual, psychic, intuitive, emotional, psychological, or energetic nature, provided solely for personal insight and self-exploration. These services are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal in nature and are not a substitute for licensed professional care.

By proceeding with these services, the client confirms their understanding and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
